Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship, and how fast?
We ship across Canada, and most orders leave our Toronto facility within 24 hours on business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Your Order page any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards plus the express options shown at checkout (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay). Every payment is processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return a product. Email support@pathpharm.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Full details are in our refund policy.
What warranty comes with my device?
Every device includes a 1-year warranty, and you can extend it to a full 2 years free by registering at our warranty registration page. It takes about a minute.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@pathpharm.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Our team in Toronto will sort out a repair or replacement. And if something concerns you about a device even beyond the warranty window, reach out anyway. We treat every customer like our patient.

Our Devices

Are Path Pharm devices Health Canada licensed?
Yes. Our medical devices are licensed for sale in Canada, and our monitors are clinically validated against recognized accuracy standards. We design and build our devices in-house and sell them directly, which is how the same validated accuracy costs less than the big brands.
Which blood pressure monitor should I buy?

Do your monitors need a smartphone app?
No. There's nothing to download, sync, or subscribe to. Your readings are stored on the device itself, and the memory shows the average of your last three readings first, which is the number your doctor actually wants.
Where can I find the instruction manual for my device?
Every manual is available on our Manuals & Resources page, and a printed copy comes in the box.

Pharmacies & Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale pricing for pharmacies?
Yes. Canadian pharmacies and clinics can apply for a wholesale account. Once approved, you'll see partner pricing and can order through our quick order form.
How do I get help choosing or using a product?
